Youth Choices
Youth Choices is an outreach case management/coaching service that provides support to “Youth At Risk”. Serving 15 -25 years of age, youth are supported throughout the developing and learning years of their lives, by being supported to work towards their own personal goals and take responsibility to achieve them. The service is provided through outreach, connecting with the Greater Fredericton area, including School districts 14, 17 and 18. Youth are being encouraged to continue on in their education, through advocacy and personal support; to explore employment opportunities by creating future plans as well as becoming employed in the present; all while improving their own personal lifestyles and experiences.
Youth can be referred by:
- Their family
